Honestly if I remember correctly in the last build, Chromosome, the majority of players felt that HAV's and all other vehicles where a little UP then, not by much I think it may have been that AV was a little OP. But when you mention marauder tanks they were the ADV HAV's that they should have been but with a little to steep of a price tag for the upgrade they offered from STD HAV's.
But then again some did say that is what we got for them being so OP during closed beta. |

That's what I've read, but nothing deserves to be over nerfed for any reason. Even for 'past sins'. |

That's what I've read, but nothing deserves to be over nerfed for any reason. Even for 'past sins'. Yeah but thats what CCP does. Laser Rifles, hello. 
Ya I know, I've been an EVE player for years. Favorite ship/weapons system gets nerfed to hard, wait about a year or more to get it unover nerfed/balanced to where it should have been the whole time. I've seen it happen a lot and it still hurts every time its what someone loves. |
