Nonsense, we stand by it together! Armor tanking may not be as good as shield tanking, but we manage and will pull out our repair tools. Scrambler Rifles may not be as good as ARs and Flaylocks, but we will devastate the masses with them anyways.
And honestly it's not like it's hard to kill with the Amarr weapons, its just that it's easier to kill with the other ones. But who needs that? Its not like we're actively participating in the joke that is Planetary Conquest. To me the people who run maxed out shields and core flaylocks in the instant battles and faction warfare are simply stating that they need every little advantage possible to compete. I am comfortable taking them done even a bit handicapped.
Not really excusing the lack of balance, rather I'm saying be patient. It will get more balanced with time, but it's not like you can't enjoy what we have now. |

Keep in mind that although Amarr in EVE are armor tankers, in Dust they are "balance tankers" if such a thing exists. But anyways it makes equally as much sense to shield tank an Amarr dropsuit as it does to armor tank it. |

These are things that are true. Lasers are amazing guns. Since re picking them up my KDR has been boosted significantly.
Exactly. I wouldn't really say they're better than scrambler rifles, that's like apples and oranges, but they are definitely good weapons. |
