I also don't have to worry so much about underperforming. If I underperform while alone I work out why and learn from it. Do so with a squad and I've let the squad down.
That about sums it up.

I squad up at times with mic and head set and I prefer the squads that work together. I think a a good squad could seriously hold down two objectives if they work it right.
I've been in a couple that are really good in coordinating things....but most of the time, I get guys that are free for all do whatever...the leader doesn't even set objectives or no one follows them. One time, we had a squad that was set for an orbital strike but the leader didn't know how to do it...
I'm loning it right now to get my sp's up and skills up. Working out how to survive and get my kill ratio up. I squad up when I get an invite and or run into someone I squaded with before...when running solo, I will follow/protect someone that I see is doing good/cool things...else, I'm off on my own...

Jason Pearson wrote:I lonewolf a fair bit because most Infantry don't help me out in a tank anyways, theres still an idea around that a tank can function by itself, and that a single AVer is no worry. Why waste my time coordinating with people who don't want to coordinate?
So I sit in scrubby locations, firing a railgun at people.
Ahh, but I see the corporation you're in. Surely there's people to play and coordinate with? Or are you implying something about your corp-mates? |
