Hey guys!  Im am very disapointed! Now i know why this game is free!
Ive found out that Dust breaks peoples ps3 and i had sum volunteers to prove but without proof anything but words!
All these ps3 users installed Dust 514 and updated to latest update and played 2 hours and quit game correctly and turned off
ps3 system correctly then turned it on and corrupted data appeared for sum users and so on...
Tester 1 PS3 Model CECHE01
Problem ecountered  BlueRay Drive Died and All apps and system data is corrupted!
Tester 2 PS3 Model CECHE01
Problem ecountered BlueRay Drive Died and All apps and system data is corrupted!
Tester 3 PS3 Model UltraSlim (Model number ???)
Problem ecountered Dosent Boot Up 9 (booted one time and corrupt msg appeared snf restored and frozed then u know)
Me PS3 Model CECHE01(FAT) and Model CECH-2001A(SLIM)
Problem ecountered with SLIM BlueRay Drive Died!
Problem ecountered with FAT BlueRay Drive Died and All apps and system data is corrupted!
They and me all formated and restored every thing to default as brand new ps3 but no changes!
Now EVE try to fix this problem and dont release unstable updates that would break ps3's!

EVERYBODY DONT INSTALL DUST ON PS3 IT RUINS THE SYSTEM AND BD!

I can confirm that Dust 514 did inde... no wait. That's ridiculous. Playing Dust every day and my PS3 is still working. Also OP could at least learn the name of the company makin the game befor he starts flame posts without any evidence. |

without any evidence? it's a known problem. search the forum. many people have reported that Dust is hosing the system. |

took me 5 hours and 34 minutes to vacuum clean it!
And you know what?
Your trolling just keeps on hissing people off...
what i really meant is that i FORMATED the ps3 HDD and then restored to factory default settings and guess what?
STILL BROKEN so take ur Dust and shovel it up ur A**!

Same problem here. One very dead PS3. Not sure what model number. The last fat one before they released the slim. |

You don't have to break the Blu-ray - just the drivers, which presumably are somewhere on the hard drive. |

It has been noted that if you have a disc in the drive it will spin when Dust is running.
To be honest I think Dust is too taxing on the PS3 causing overheating(specifically the fats which run hotter to begin with).
If your PS3 is shutting down without warning then it needs to be cleaned out and/or new thermal paste applied(both of which will void your warranty - you have been warned). |
