Seeing people running around spamming flaylock and fused nades is pathetic. Honestly. All is fair in love and war, true, but what's going on in PC now is a joke. People wanted good fights and have fun, instead all we have is explosion spam.

+1 for speaking it real man. I agree with you. I have not bothered to get Core flaylocks and I can happily say a Core Flaylock or any flaylock will never touch these hands. I took my ass whoopin like a man tonight kept running at scrubs spamming contact grenades at me and flaylocks in attempt to shotgun scrubs. I can't remember if you guys fought HS tonight or not but if you did than I feel ya 110% When we fought them both matches all they did was spam explosives all over TEAM. Now they try to make some kinda pact with us like they want clean fair fights. Hellstorm and honor are too things that will never be in the same sentence. The fact that you guys have it as a option is even more pathetic. Yes TP has some players with flaylocks but I can tell you straight up it's nowhere near their crutch. ONLY specced into it because you LoI guys depend on your flaylocks. You are nothing without it. OH was the first time we seen massive Flaylocks. Every other corp has their flaylocker but you guys I bet it's on your alliance mail for everybody to spec into them. PATHETIC.

We use because you have to fight fire with fire. Do we use regularly and as a primary. HELL NO! We don't need to depend on a crutch. However those flaylocks and contact nades are too OP you have to fight them back by using them. Specially when a entire alliance depends on them to remain competitive.

And I dunno, I find it quite satisfying to take out flayers with a properly cooked nade, sounds like you guys needed a vice just to keep up instead of giving HS a gool ol' fashioned beating with skill-weapons.

Actually we have 3 maybe 4 Flaylockers. So ya. I wouldn't make it sound like the whole corp spec into them like yours did :)

Chromosone was such a better game skill wise.

yeah chromosome was good. i remember when having a prototype actually meant something. now you can get killed so easily wearing 400 shields on your suit while in chromosome 400+ shields was actually a pretty sturdy suit. Also when you skilled into something like reload speed in chromosome it really made a difference unlike right now where you just get 3% and to max it out you need almost 2 million skill points to barely feel the difference of a whopping 15% like..... trolololol. now we have all of these new changes that cant be changed such as the 10% damage that CCP implemented couple months ago.

I will say this once and likely only once.... +1 Kalante. A new level of respect from me to you bro. You and broadway (respect mutual there since day 1) are the only hellscrubs that have stuck to principle by avoiding the crutch that magically made Hellstorm relevant. I feel sorry for you 2 when the flaylock is nerfed and ccp comes to their senses about contact nades. Cause at that point hellstorm returns to irrelevancy. Burkhart will have an aneurism and exmaple will find another corp where he can do his thing.

We talked about this before the first match, there was rumblings of a "no flaylock/fused honor rule". I was pretty skeptical. We had a few guys switch fits to SMG... That lasted about until you captured B and there was just straight CFP spam. A few of our guys that use it as a side arm switched back, because if including Blizz the Lion on your roster wasn't a clear indication of intent, the kill feed was.

There are a few of you that stuck to their guns. Broadway and Kalente are two of them(mad respect as well). Soul is not. At least it took him one match to switch from balac's to core flaylock. I personally have 1 fit with fused locus, ended up throwing 2, and they got me 1 kill. I'm sorry to the guy I gibbed with it. Might have been you kalente.

I don't believe the majority of your team would give up CFP/fused... Why would you? The number of guys that use CFP on your team vastly outnumbered those on ours. And it was very effective. And when we have fought SI and OH, they were very effective with CFP as well. Why would you give up your most effective weapon and receive only a minor benefit through our discontinued use? I don't believe it for a second. Making an honor pact that can only result in YOUR team doing worse...

Is this a joke? every time I turn a corner and run into a hellstorm member, their first reaction is to spam fused nades before even thinking about shooting anything, and 9/10 times it ends up being a flaylock.......how can you sit here and talk about gun game and skill when you've been doing the same talentless crap the entire time?

Assault Rifle v Mass Driver 1v1 = Flux and one shot. Because mass driver's don't need line of sight, and it's a radius weapon you don't even need to hit them or see them, to kill them.(see mcfurious and fiddle doing work on kujo's video stream against fused, flaylocks, and duvolle's/balac's)

Assault Rifle vs HMG = Assault rifle gets out dps'd. Heavy with more ehp runs at you and you die.

Assault Rifle vs Forge Gun = Oops. Walked into the open and got one shot or maybe 2 shot from splash damage from somewhere you'll never get 2 cause you're needed on the ground.

Assault Rifle v Sniper Rifle = Reread the part about forge's but with a smaller hit box and more damage mods.

Assault Rifle vs Shotgun = Shotgun rushes and 2 shots the AR user, unless you use contact nades or a flaylock the shotty owns you. (See Kujo warding off Xero by playing ring around the rosy in the street sitting on a nano hive spamming fused to keep himself from getting killed)

There's plenty of weapons that are quite balanced against ar's.

You have a point, except for the MD, it needs the Flux to be effective, on its own, its pretty much useless, especially with the Cal Logi spam in PC.

Just played 2 against TP and the first match I died 12 times. 1 from suicide and 11 from explosives. Great way to welcome me back into PC LOL
