Will be interesting to see how the war shifts as the 1.3 patch rolls out, cause it's probably going to last long enough for that to happen.

Wait if LoI was attacking Intrepidus before Intrepidus and RND join EoN., doesn't that mean EoN may have trick LoI to start the war? |

Both sides are made up of THE absolute best players in DUST. In the past months corps have fought, dropped, and merged. We are now left with the last 2 relevant alliances standing.
I believe this war is going to last awhile so get comfortable. It may turn into Goonswam and Test, 2 juggernauts holding onto space to a standstill.
This might turn in just something to pass the time until CCP releases new content, inwhich case they will call temporary ceasefire so they can quietly explore it. |

that alone didn't start it... I can play the nice guy and pretend to ASSUME an honest mistake was made. Kujo and I corresponded and regardless of what was said, the message was very clear on the intent, so no war did not start due to ignorance of new membership in an alliance or anything of the sort.
They chose how this war began and so it has. Coulda been any number of other ways. I could have accepted the contract offered to me to wipe 187 off the board. I coulda wiped out prohic just for thinking they could strong arm me and change the terms of the verbal agreement we had previously.
I coulda just called out some random HeLLScruB on the forum and made enough blood boil to get them to attack,,.
lots of ways this coulda gone down but they chose this route and made the first move on the chess board of the new war.
remember... its all just a game, and all the talk really translates to nothing. Its the result of the battle field is all that matters in the end, so someone Holler at Bruce Buffer to get this shindig started! |

Massive no-lifer-12-hr-days battle carries through 1st weekend and we all declare "that was awesome!" EoN. slightly ahead cuz werockdis.
1st week of war is battle after battle and continues to be good fites. tempers start to flare, people grit their teeth, and this starts to be a job. state of war becomes predictable on a corp-v-corp level and MVP teams have to be used strategically.
2nd weekend Both sides throw everything at the fight trying to get KO and demoralize enemy; it has come to this.
2nd week ... tis definitely a job. **** this **** i wanna go to pubs.
3rd weekend involves halfhearted counterattack smackdown to CRONOS who has been annoyingly locking up districts "guerilla / strategerically" style the whole ******* time.
3rd week involves a much lowere level of slow-burn combat as both sides are "sick of this ******* game when does PS4 get here Goddamn I'm gonna go run through TLOU again". EoN. declared winner by Info Broker, LOI declared winner by IE forum masters cuz IE took some districts, no one cares enough to finish off the other side (precedent set in all CRONOS wars) so no true victory except of course for the CFLP.
CFLP it is.

I apologize if you think I had went back on our agreement. Yes, our plans had changed and we wanted districts in a different location instead. I talked to you about it, you said you'd get back to me. My plan was either 1) you decline to districts elsewhere, and we complete our previous agreement or 2) you agree to districts elsewhere and everyone's happy. *shrug* I guess we both just assumed things.

yup no worries. obviously we are now on opposing sides while before we remained neutral and thus open to working with each other.
I only sleep with the enemy's wife, behind their back, when they are on vacation in Aruba. I don't commence commerce in wartime.
no worries, but hide ya kids hide ya wife.... just to be safe |
