i also notice recently as i have been doing squad leader more that 9/10 times you need to ask your squad where to drop it especially since the patch where you can see pretty much nothing from orbit. this makes it even more squad intensive to make it work its best. |

I'm still waiting to get something, when I supply tactical support Eve side, other than a damage feed.
Eve side Tactical support = all risk, no reward.
IMO... Having my ship reimbursed if it get's destroyed isn't a reward.  |

It doesn't even make sense for the squad leader to get to them as kills anyway since a spaceship is actually doing the kill. |

Needs careful balancing so we dont have a near constant rain of OB strikes later in matches but would be nice, Quite often these days I am running as squad leader, but the guys in my squad are the ones telling me where it should go.
I think the current reason has to do with the squad leader often having to hang back a little behind his squad members to co ordinate the squad. But WP for all members sounds fair AS long as It does not add to the points to earn another orbital, in alot of games of late, my siadmates and I have earned at lest 2 per game as it is, now when you get a great OB and get 10+kills (gotta love the redberries that cluster up like that in the open) then as I said it will start to rain orbitals,maybe rather then actually WP for the OB kills, how about bonus SP for the squad members that helped earn it for the leader to fire? |

As a somewhat related note, I see a lot of people pointing out that this would also lead to more orbitals over time, which is true. So what about a system where each consecutive orbital requires more WP than the last? Maybe something like +500 WP for each new orbital, or maybe more, I'm not sure. Not a terrible idea, right? |

it would be nice if everyone in the squad got to share in the success of a strike. rather than 50wp per kill to the SC it could be 10wp each to squad members or equal share of points to each member
on a plus side this also gives an incentive to be in a squad and not solo

I get NOTHING out of it.
And why should i help someone i dont know get more kills ?
He/she will probably be my enemy next battle...
If im in a squad i play with my corp, i dont mind helping them...
BTW. I NEVER lead squads, i hate it... |
