Yes, My troll friends, I could just go to the Internet ETC stores, but then whats the difference between them and buying tme from CCP?

I've heard that ETC used to be sold in stores, but the Cards were Discontinued.

Just, a question, but, if you Sell boxes of EVE in Gamestops, why not sell Time cards?

Cant you fit more little Plastic cards in a Cargo Container as opposed to large boxed sets?

why the **** would u wanna go out to a store get a card pay for it go back home scratch it and then continue playing online ?? if u could simply alt tab or go to second screen and order one online ???or better pay with isk and get game time ingame

I know its easier said then done to merge the EVE and Dust economy but CCP would make a killing on ETC if this was the case who-áwouldn't-ápay $30 for a billion isk... Sure it would make risk vs reward and PC meaningless and all that jazz but **** there are Dust corps and even some players running around with a few billion already and now with player to player transfer that isk is gonna start moving around quick..

Yes, but I don't have the Time to earn 550 Mil ISK on a Trial account, Every month.

I'm fine with paying, I just want to do it with Hard Cash.

If you really dont understand how a prepaid debit cards works and is essentially exactly the same as what you want then no one can help you

I know how they work. I could do it, but I could also just buy the time card and not put anything on a prepaid card. Got it? I want a simple process, even if a prepaid card might be simple, It's not as simple as just buying the card.

So they are already manufacturing things like the EVE second decade sets, so making 2 by 3 inch cards is just beyond them?

If you go to get a cell phone you need to have a bank account. Already I'm starting to hear in bigger cities that cash is no longer an acceptable form of currency since it's so easy to.... there's a word I want to use... con-something.... I'll say impersonate even though that's wrong.

Anyways if you want a EVE account, best get a bank account or a prepaid card. CCP will probably be starting to go down the route where cash is no longer acceptable. ETC's are actually more costly to a small publisher anyways.

What your asking for will not happen, and the reason is vey likely economic. I'm sure that any brick & mortar retailer gets a cut from the sale of these cards, otherwise they would never have carried them in their stores, plus the cards themselves cost a certain amount to manufacture, plus distribution costs of actually getting the cards to the stores. CCP cuts out the middle man by processing subscriptions online, probably using their own merchant account (that I'd bet has a much better rate than most retailers, since I would expect they have a pretty low CB ratio). They don't have to buy the physical cards, they don't have to pay for distribution, for manufacture, for probably a sales forces to keep in contact with the stores to make sure the product is moving correctly, to pay for the loss or destruction of cards, to pay somebody to design the cards, then redesign periodically to maximize sales, etc, etc, ad infinitium, ad nauseum.

You're basically asking CCP to make it more expensive to process recurring subscriptions. They are not going to intentionally cut into their own profit margins. It's never gonna happen. Give it up dude.
