A decked out LLAV stills costs a pretty penny. I feel a little better getting run over by a 400k isk LLAV. At least if I kill the LAV I hit his pocket.
But this is crap when its starter fits getting into starter LAVs and the moment you blow them up there's an RDV across the map seconds later where that same idiot has called in another free LAV.
We need to get rid of free LAVs... if you want a car to transport you around, buy a militia LAV and pay for it.
Just like militia tanks, and militia dropsuits, militia LAVs should be a joke to organized people in proto gear.
Then we need to get AV nades working properly against LLAVs... the fact that they have ~50% passive resistance to explosive damage is unacceptable. |

100% agree with you there. I've LAVs run me over and still never show up on the map. |

Actually would make this game so much better if you couldn't run militia gear outside of the academy or something. Just have to devise a way for people to make money if they run out of suits.
The amount of people using starter fits in IB is staggering... and its kind of sad tbh.. kills any sort of competition when people are so worried about losing money they will go 0-15 in starter fits and go... herp derp look at all the money i made! |

Anti-vehicle can be a place where a relatively low SP player can shine in public games. Swarm launchers do wonders to discourage players from riding around in free LAVs.
Thank you, that is exactly what I meant. Standard gear is miles better than militia and still quite cheap. |
