Ok ive played and owned on just about every console shooter out there and pc shooter, i'm not the best but i'm pretty good. However this game has proven to be nothing but frustrating. Ive got guys head shooting me at a dead run while zigzagging from half way across the field, some guy the other day took an entire clip from by assault rifle and laughed at me then killed me with his pistol. I even gave in and started using that figen nade pistol noob launcher but even then i miss and get bulls eyed by a few shots from to far away to see. is it just that unbalanced with internet connection that i'm missing because all the 21 kill a game players are running fiber or some crap. Ive got good cable net with a fast connection. Someone please help because its just frustrating to get killed over and over and over agn when you get the drop on a guy he take 10 rounds in the head and turns to kill me. Not to mention there is some voice chat glitch that has prevented me from using any headset.
Keep in mind that this is a ple for an explanation and help, if your just going to insult me then occupy your self with some lotion and a bad movie. |

You're bad and should feel bad.
If you weren't an Alt you wouldn't have come here! To the Gen. Discussion section to discuss this, you would've gone to training grounds, hell maybe even support to see if it was a bug. It's a stupid tactic to make an alt in order to get things changed.
And If you were as good as you said you were "Pretty good" you would know already that strafing is a part of most FPS games, it would have been second nature to you, not to mention, that if you ARE new to DUST then the only people you'd be playing against are in the academy and they can't even afford the Godlock pistol yet so there's no WAY you can get killed constantly by that.
Besides there is absolutely no reason that all your complaints simply mirror/shadow all the complaints that the haters of DUST have made, there's nothing new, and you didn't leave anything out. It was too descriptive and too scripted for it to be honestly just a newbie. |

First of all, You gotta learn from your mistakes. Don't try taking a guy out the same way every time just because you can do it in other shooters.
Adapt or Die. ( Well I guess you're already dying so I guess you have to adapt.)
Dust is different. You don't die in 1 second in Dust. It takes more bullets than that. Have you thought about adjusting your aiming settings. The aiming would be different than what you are used to.
Just forget about your KD, die a few times, learn the game, then come back and "own" (because you're just that good  ) |

Sounds like you have some insecurities regarding your image; stop imagining/assuming what others do in response to your actions (or failures, in this case). |

Even if that is true that's only one of the few points I raised in my post, you can't tell me that those aren't honestly valid. |

This is not an Alt why would you assume that. I appreciate the directions though. As for the same thing over and over i don't do that. Unless you are referring shooting at someone. That i do over and over. Look guys i 'm not a fan of forums i don't want to read a book on the history of cars in order to learn how to change a tire. I posted a question and wanted an answer. ill just reposte in the appropriate place. Thank you. |

He could be out of the academy. OR he just got unlucky and was grouped with the AURUM, ADV and PRO atls. 
Either way there are a lot of variable that he could be doing so bad.
It could be a server problem or just the change of the aiming mechanics. |

I meant as in shooting at someone.
You don't always have to engage.
If he's too far away
If he's a heavy
If you notice he is in a group.
Tactically you'll get used to it.
I use to have the problem with me trying to kill someone that is in a group of people. |

oh wow trolls are asses. i thought i told you to use lotion. This is not an alt i do not hate Dust i do not hate CCP, i dont care that there is no auto aiming or threat detector or master chief, i asked for help and you like the troll you are just wanted to kick a guy while he was down. your the terrible person. Now go destress and use that lotion like i told you. its about the only action a stressed out little person like you will get :). As for the actual help thank you so much i will go there and look for my answers.

thank you for the tip, i learned that one in my first week. 42 rounds is not enough to get through a heavies shields. lol but much appreciated thank you. |

lol i was being dramatic lol this is not a rant guys it was a question stop defending the tower its not under fire, im just knocking on the door. |
