After playing a few matches, I have realized how useless this weapon really is. While it does do a fair bit of damage, there's just too many disadvantages for the plasma cannon. Not only does this weapon have a smaller blast radius than a mass driver, but it also has 1 shot per clip and a slow reload speed. To make this weapon more balanced, I believe that the blast radius and spash damage needs an increase. I understand that you guys have are very busy with more important issues but it would be greatly appreciated if you can look into this. |

id support that as well but ive been noticing alot of ppl using flaylocks and plasma cannons always getting direct hits... now y is that happening/....

In order to keep it unique, I think it needs
Wider splash radius (damage is fine) Higher direct damage over tiers- atm, the prototype doesn't have a big advantage over the standard one Faster reload speed. Like, twice as fast by default. |

Then give Swarms a major flight-speed buff, and make them track predicatively so they excel at hitting fast-moving vehicles, but aren't easy-mode ****-machines.

I honestly think they should make AV weapons have their own weapon slot, or be used in equipment slots. |

I have been playing a lot with the plasma cannon. Yes, it sucks but I like the way it looks and sounds and when you do get kills it is very rewarding. I noticed on the mass driver cross hairs the vertical line is long and extends downward.... very useful when aiming up to allow the shot to fall to the right spot. My suggestion is this: Please make the plasma cannon's vertical line as long as the mass driver's AND please make the cross hairs turn red when the vertical line is on the target...... I've had several times when sniping that I've noticed the dot turns red when you aim just to the side of the merc. I think this is one of the main reasons why my charges simply fly through the person I'm shooting at. If I can know if I'm on my target left and right I can take care of the upwards angle. But as it currently is the crosshairs are just about worthless. |

The problem is: a bigger splash damage/radius would make it an anfti infantry weapon... but it is supposed to be an AV weapon... effective versus shields... I would really like it to be a viable AV weapon, we already have enough AI weapons. |
