Signed, all the QQ is annoying.
Their movements are incredibly predictable and easy to dodge, the only ones complaining about not being able to dodge them are the idiots, and the Heavies, but when are the Heavies ever not complaining about something?
Dont walk out in the open, its simple, if you walk out in the open you SHOULD get run over, there is an area on every map and layout in the game that a LAV cant reach. |

Remove free LAVs and replace with a board, similar to UT3. No more free road kills, but still plenty of free anti road kills. |

How about this:
When speederbikes are released, make those the free starter fits and remove the free starter LAVs. Murder taxiing, solved. Free transportation, remains. |

I guess so... i still can terrorize LLAV drivers, i just need to improve my Swarm Launcher skills a bit more..yeah why not. |

Your opinion on the matter might be a bit more credible if it weren't for your corp tag.
So according to you when playing manus peak for example no one should ever attempt to attack another objective, just take one and sit. Because if you walk out in the open to get to C you deserve to just be run over instantly. Actually I guess we should just never leave our spawn and let LAVs rule the world.
Seriously though you're lying if you say you've never been flattened by an LAV while ADS engaging one or more reds. No matter how good you are due to the sheer number of LAV spamming brats it will happen.
Im not sure doing away with them is the answer though, just return their HP values to levels that can be OHK by basic AV nades and receive damage from impacts with dropsuits. The latter should cut down on the LLAV spam. |

I'm not sure why anyone was ever under the impression that the Light ASSAULT Vehicle was intended as a troop transport. It's quite obviously modeled after the warthog from Halo which was used for gunning people down, running them over, and occasionally dropping off passengers to take objectives.
The front bumper of a warthog was just as deadly, and the turret, many times more.
If anything, the LAV needs a massive turret buff. |

Eh. Don't remove them, just lower EHP by about 500. That was you can actually one shot the things short of a breach forge. |

Make a hover bike that has one or two seats. Remove the free lav and remove the insanely small efficiency rating on small blaster turret damage against vehicles. Introduce the webifier mines and increase the speed of which you have to be before you can run someone over.

You are seriously angry that it takes 2 grenades to instead of allowing you to 1 shot a vehicle? You think that every AR toting anti infantry build should be capable of carrying 3 free LAV kills on them as well? If you charge a group with packed AV nades you get pretty near 1 shot anyway as 2 of them hit you at the same time. Sorry for not feeling you should be able to be Rambo just because you buy proto gear. Get good and either stay out of the open or learn to dodge. |

What all you guys QQ about!? With just 1 AV grenade i can kill those free LAV, let them keep 'em coming, i can manage that situation.

Sorry but im more afraid about Tank snipe on red line, i can't use an AV grenade to counter that. and you talk of "use as intended" this is not a perfect world.

Free vehicles need to go.
Give us a simulator area where you can go to test out the basics without investing, then get rid of them. It's plenty easy enough to get the bare bones vehicle.
I use my free LAV all the ******* time because it's sturdy, FREE, and costs me no espees. I use my free dropship to crash into 1.5 million ISK dropships.
No more free vehicles.
And L'AVs physics need to be adjusted to take into account ramming into heavily armored power suits. There is a vast amount of improvement that could go into that, but I wouldn't expect it anytime soon. Till then, it's sharks in the water. |

SIGNED, free LAVs are fun and helps keep battles balanced. If one team has an LAV and the other doesn't then the team with the car can capture most of the map in a short amount of time while the victims get redlined rather quickly. |
