Hi there, I got a kill with a flux grenade today.
Didnt read about any changes made to the flux grenades in the patchnotes so is this me being crazy or has anyone else also gotten kills with flux grenades? (to my understanding they are only supposed to damage shields?)

They always did, but it's about as rare as an enforcer tank. Someone has to be literally on top of the grenade for it to happen. |

I hit a heavy in the head inbound in a LAV and killed him instantly in chromosome.

Just got another flux kill right now, and this guy was on the far edge of the explosion. He had no shields left so I guess the damage went on his armor instead.

Well actually I've seen it where people have been standing on it and died, even happened to me back in chromosome. I airbursted one in a person's face and it killed him too. I think it has to do with proximity to the centre of the "explosion".

Thats what I thought as well until I blew up a blaster turret and killed the guy using it yesterday so he obviously wasn't jumping, I only flux'd it because it had the tinyest bit of armour and I was going to kill it with the MD but as soon as the flux went off +100 +50 and +25 for some reason lol. |

It also happen to me too, I threw a flux grenade to get rid of the guy and was thinking "lets see how strong you are without your shields" all i notice i got a kill "Waaaaaaaah and look at the killboard even more Waaaaaaaaaah |

i like that a flux can kill some one reg grenades can go through shields and armor so why not flux grenades |

Right after I got the double kill with my Flux, I was killed by a Flux  So yes it will eventually happen to you. |
