Do ALL armor skills complex mods require level 5 skill. When the only one that requires lvl 5 skill for shields is the shield extenders. On top of that they now have an op(imo) shield mod that completely negates the use of shield rechargers and requires absolutely no skill to use the complex (???? wut??/)
It is getting tiresome of seeing how blatantly obvious it is you favor shields and still supply us with armor skills, why not just get rid of them? or do you need fodder for the shields? I mean wtf is this logic here, on top of all this you have a long broken mechanic with the shield recharge delays that will SOONtm be adressed in 5 years.
p.s I know this is the millionth complaint thread on this today.. but remember I started it off asking a serious question of why does all complex armor require lvl 5. |

Wut? There is obviously a bug with the new shield mods.
Complex Extenders, Complex Recharges, Complex Regulators all require lvl 5 in a skill.
Not really sure what you are saying... but if your complaint is regarding the new mods then it is justified. It will be fixed soonTM. |

Were they changed?
Last time I checked you needed lvl 5 shield regulation for Complex Regulators, same with Rechargers. |

At most they take away 10 or so hp, that is not significant. What is however is the 60% recharge rate bonus with no skill requirement. |

I mean why are you complaining armor shield so what some people use shields, some armor, some shield and armor. With triple sp coming up how difficult would it be to get a lvl 5 shield skill... It's not difficult to cross breed really and weapon damage can still hit through everything pretty well... just don't see the reason to complain for dropsuiters who can use either of these modules. |

-6 is not a lot if u have 400 shield u are only loosing 24 shield in order to jump from something like 20 shield per second to around 32. |

You only have two modules for Armor - plates and repairers.
For shields, you have three - extenders, rechargers, and regulators. And now energizers, but your point is about pre-energizers.
So, it takes the same amount of SP to reach Lvl5 plates/repairers as it does to reach Lvl 5 extenders & Lvl 4 regulators/rechargers. This is one way to justify why complex regulators/rechargers are available at Lvl 4.
Of course, some people don't use regulators/rechargers at all. And some people don't skill armor plates to 5 either. However, I would say that extenders are only truly useful when you have Lvl 5 (at least for the proto Cal Logi which everyone complains about). |

I can see some logic in that , however they still remain the same and now armor has 4 complex mods , shields 4 complex mods.
All armor require lvl 5 , only 1 shield requires lvl 5. The energizers still no skill ( I assume will be fixed, but to lvl 5 or lvl 4? |
