We haven't posted the best one yet! Complex ferro 60hp, 6 less then it's shield equivalent, 39/14, which is better then it's shield equivalent but no one cares about that because if you want it bad enough, you'll find the fitting space. |

No there's no skills and thank god, there are no new sp sinks to go along with these modules.
The modules are effected by armor plating but not armor repair systems, I repeat, not armor repair systems. Making reactive plates even more useless. |

But here's a reason to use them.....they cancel movement penalties from other equipped plate's  It offsets, not removes. Meaning the movement penalty is lessen somewhat but still exist. |
