I'd refute that going from 5,100 daily after players to 4,800 daily active players two months after the last major content patch equals "dying." Especially with a new content patch tomorrow.

I found it hilarious that one of the haters threatened to get him banned. I guess that fella never played Eve Online. Poor fella doesn't realize that CCP gets a hard on from reading this sort of stuff. In fact, they encourage it.

In addition to a disbanding/sov drop, it is alleged but unconfirmed that the agent took 400b worth of isk and "jacked everything".

Yea, stuff like this is very dangerous to have going on in DUST right now. People already feel kind of shaky about it, this is a great way to scare off some of our already small player base.

That's why it was smart to do now. Before they implement any real recourse into the game (Which you'd expect to be at least several years out)

Im betting its not a coincidence that this happened the day before 1.2 drops where you will be allowed to transfer funds between players without having to join the same corp. There will be a newly rich player tomorrow that doesnt have a history with OAB

i remember a post of how PRO lost 300 (600?) mil isk last year in a match against bunniez, someone also said that the amount won was equal to about 15.6bil isk EVEside, so 2bil currently could be like 100billion + EVEside

While in Eve there is recourse for this sort of thing, actions that can be attempted to take against the person in retribution. There is nothing to be done here in Dust, except to sit around and take it in the rear. Unfortunately that may not go well over with many people...especially in a game who's player base has quite a few complaints as it is about things and has the appearance of dwindling a bit. If this will also be considered acceptable in Dust, hopefully there will be ways to bring retribution upon people.
