I have been specing into repairing tools hoping the hp/s i receive will increase. Instead it stays at 25hp/s |

The BDR- 2 Repair tool suppose to give out 33hp/s on repairing dropsuits instead it gives out 25hp/s
The BDR- 8 Triage Repair tool suppose to give out 41hp/s instead it stays at 25hp/s repairing dropsuits. |

wp earned through rep tools is clocked at a fixed number (i dont know that number) of hp. The more advanced your rep tool the faster you clock them 25/wp's assuming you don't hit the wp limit . And that's that. |

then on when you hit 250??? WP per over the last like 30 seconds or so from triage, it goes into cooldown and you won't get triage WP for like 30-60 seconds.
All numbers cited are wild ass guesstimations; have not calculated and too lazy to look up. |

No it's not 41 wp/s it's 41 HP/s. The WP stays at 25 no matter what. |

Your right. Repair is broken, but not for the reason you cite.
The better tool you use, the less warpoints you get really.
Say I have a heavy with -100 armor.
I rep him 4 times with a basic, I get 100 wp.
I rep him twice with adv, (repping same ~100 armor) I get 50 
You get 25 wp per cycle. Not hp repaired.
And then there is the cap mentioned  |

As has been said earlier the 25wp are awarded on a per cycle basis and are completely independent of the repair speed.
One could argue that it's bad design but it definitely works as designed.
