ya sure, ccp will just ignore their ps contract, and port a half broken game to xbox (which would just break the game more than it is). Let's not even mention that this game was first shown to xbox and they didn't want it, or that most gamers prefer the new ps4 over the xbox one. |

No we can't. M$ requires devs to use their servers and that's why CCP chose the console that not only doesn't charge for patches but also doesn't have ridiculous policies like this one.
PS4 FTW, a true gamers console.
I will be getting the Xbone but only for Halo, Titanfall, and whatever other exclusives they have. Oh, and also use it to watch T.V.(sarcasm) |

I'd like to point out they only removed the fee to patch a game. There's nothing in there about changing the QA approval process, which is the biggest deal to us. |

Is there a contract?
I thought Dust being an exclusive was simply a statement of fact rather then some binding business arrangement. |

this game would fry an xbox after 1 week, i doubt xbox cold storm the hard reboots.. MS is a software company. sony has been making reliable hardware for 30 years. |

I don't have an XBox, but this was the original reason CCP signed an exclusive contract with Sony. Perhaps Microsoft changed their rules after the fact. |

Sony paid heavily to fund the development of DUST 514. Mircosoft didn't offer them as much, if anything. Sony is not planning to renew this contract though... so where will the development money come from and where will the game migrate after the arrangement is over? |
