Lock out on a character basis In Eve you can't fight for the enemy miltia . Corp and Characters that have to choose what Sec Status they fight in and they will be locked into that Sec.They can ring in their Sec but not ring in the other sec status. Planet Bob is Sec 0.7 Planet Frame is Sec 0.2 Elite Players to play in PC Attacking to Take District or defending District must Register to that Sec number and will be locked out of the other Sec Systems . |

Explosive Plate Armor maybe the fix for Flaylock/Massdriving /Remote throwing Scouts/Assaults Cross remember this one.Maybe we don't need to nerf the Jump. |

Ah, so the flaylock/md and remotes are broken? Maybe antidamage plate that negates 90% of damage and takes 1 pg and 1 cpu? GTFO I like explosives and I like jumping but guys stuck to the ground a flack jacket isn't a bad idea And if Explosive plates can keep Jumping and Explosives from getting nerfed I am all for that. |

Not sure where "scouts remained the same or got worse stats" is coming from. Minmatar Scout got a hefty buff.
Caldari Scout got a buff: (+5 shield threshold, -1 depleted delay) Minmatar Scout got a buff: (+5 recharge rate, -0.5 shield delay, -1s depleted delay, +4 shield threshold) Gallente Scout got both: (+1 shield delay (per feedback on armor tankers), -1 depleted delay, +3 shield threshold) Amarr Scout got both: (+1.5 shield delay (per feedback on armor tankers), +2 shield threshold)
Only one I'm really worried about is the Amarr Scout, honestly. Thing is a watered down Cal Scout with no real purpose or role. Something that I'm adding to my project list. [/quote]
