Can somebody help me. I need to know how much SP I'll need to get Scout M/1 Series. I currently have Minmatar Light Frame level 2. I cap out every week and never run boosters and always has passive SP on. So if I put all my SP towards it, how long will it take?

Just thinking here...
What will it take for me to get on that scout board on the first page of barber shop? I've been running scout all the time for the last year and a half, (24/25 fits are scouts). I have all scouts at 5, I run a scout training corp. I really want on that board...

Hey guys. I finally went back to my Minja roots, and I must say. I am beginning to love it. 
I used to be an amazing scout (but then CCP Shanghai attacked :P) and now I'm a bit rusty.
First game: 22/9
Scout m/1 Series
3x complex shield extender
Basic PG upgrade
(empty lowslot)
ZN-28 (prof 3 and scout level 4)
M209 (prof 4)
Repair Tool
Remote Explosives
Flux Grenade
Cost 38,180 ISK
But yeah,com loving scout again. I'm playing and re learning stealth (I hate cloaks refuse to skill em for now)
Any tips of something?
EDIT: Did this on my Alt, who doesn't have max fitting skills. I'd run a damp and a Kincats on my main acc)

I should be able to get the Vet pack Wenesday (Thursday at latest) so I can finally respec back into Minmatar scout.
