Had a pretty good week so far
hit 20,000 kills
got on the leader boards for war points
got level 5 in a few awesome scout skills
and k/d keeps rising
the set up ive been using 90% of the time cost under 6k isk
and im winning toe 2 toe with assault/logi protos
standard scout bpo with core skills maxed
high slot is militia bpo shield extender
low slots are militia bpo plate and repper
weapons are scrambler rifle with pro 3
syndicate smg with pro 3 & sharpshooter 3
grenades are M1
equipment is A45 scanner
with this set up I can also go all match without having to resupply

I want to make it a primary AV weapon
I got operation lvl 3 and lvl 1 in reload so far
but I feel lf I get operation 5, pro 3, and reload 5 it will be an awesome AV weapon
I was wondering if anyone has skills like this in the PLC and if its viable
as for infantry I was getting decent kills with the std variant and said skills

CCP may have done a great job with 1.7. It certainly seemed that way the morning of release. But right now there's really no way get a read on the improvements. Not with the current state of combat, match after match. "Slowing tanks down" isn't going to fix the problem. CCP needs to either give us tools to pop these things, or make it hurt the wallet -- badly -- when one actually gets popped.
TL;DR - Tank Spam is overshadowing all the good things 1.7 has delivered.
