Hello Scouts! Logibro here looking for some advice. o/
I'm debating on what to use my newly acquired respec for. I have been dicking around with an Adv Min Scout fit with Adv knives and remotes. It's a blast so far, I can't believe I have never tried it. I currently have Pro Gal Scout, but I never run it except for recon and sniping. The way of the Scout is very new to me.
I guess my question is, how viable is a Min Scout with knives, smg, and remotes? No cloak, just 2 damps to dodge all but one scanner. I know I will never Scout in a PC, I'm a Logibro for a reason. However I have been just having way too much fun trying to Minja.

However I have been just having way too much fun trying to Minja. Get Ishukone knives ASAP. Hp creep is real, and you will need all the help you can get. Try myos for mobility, but know 3 will result in fall damage from jumps. Stick with stationary and less mobile targets at first. Good luck!
I've noticed that with only lvl 4 knives and lvl 3 Min Scout, my knives are not as effective as they can be. I plan on taking the SP from lvl 3 Amarr Sent and putting it all into Knives. Is prof 5 necessary, or a sidearm dmg mod?
How about the SMG? Is that a decent choice for a second weapon to complement the knives? I have zero SP into SMG, but I have the Toxin and it works well for a last ditch effort spray and pray.

I'm not sure if optimization will be worth it, but I'll go at least Prof 3 it sounds like. If I have the SP, I'll go Prof 5 and maybe optimization 2. With 10% PG reduction from Opt 2, that equals .6 PG savings. I'm curious if this gets rounded up to 1 PG savings?
EDIT:
Should I then take all the SP out of shotguns (which I don't use) and toss it into SMG?

Thanks again all for the advice with Scout fittings and such.
So far having a blast with an Advanced Min Scout. Some matches and maps I do much better than others, but it's all part of the learning curve I'm sure. I find the advanced knives plus warbarge, plus lvl4 prof, plus sidearm damage mod can take out almost anything with a charged swipe. Haven't busted out the Mk.0 yet though, and haven't put any points into optimization (knives, smg) yet either.
I find the SMG to be a perfect pair with the knives, especially with lvl 5 sharpshooter and prof 3. If I'm too far for knives, I've been fluxing and SMG'ing. Works almost as well as the flux MD combo. 
Will be playing with Myos and Codebreakers next!

Even after the large buff to Cardio Regs? Advanced now gives 80%.

I think you're going to have a blast with myofibs. May not be particularly viable on a MinScout, but viability isn't really the point, right? PS: IIRC, Augmented Ammunition does not affect sidearms. Bum deal, but it is what it is.
Exactly! Haha, I think we're all at the point of just trying to have fun these days. My Minja aka Mr. Stabby, is quickly becoming my favorite suit.

Can anyone here kindly inform me of the CPU and PG levels on the Apex Tiger Scout? I'm trying to make a fit on protofits, but I don't know what my constraints are...

I have another random question. If I run a Complex Damp and a Basic Damp on my Minja, Dust lists it as having a 21 dB profile. Protofits lists the number at 20.55 dB. Dust rounds up, but if I were in game, would I still avoid 21 dB scans?
