yeah bro, 10% damage literally didn't do a thing on an alpha damage weapon. Shots to kill doesn't change.
Partial charge on the sniper does 50% damage. So about 175. Fire interval is the same as the tactical so reducing the minimum charge to 0 means you have a tactical sniper rifle with +50m range, -50 damage.
3 clip, 15 reserve makes the charge very undesirable. Just you should use IWS's enjoyment of change as the best metric for why it's so ******.
What's the point in banning someone when they have 30 accounts?

Yeah, rendering issues are because we only have 3 maps, and within those 3 maps are (spine crescent/iron delta), (manus peak Ashland/ line harvest), and (fractured road/ border gulch/impact ridge) with a **** ton if extra space you'll never see in between even with an ADS and PRO after burner with max skill
They need to chop those up into completely separate maps and trim off the fat, turning most of the landscape outside the red line into a 2D image

Supposedly it's mostly from taking up too much memory because of how poorly it's optimized. Loading in the giant huge ass maps takes resources away from the system.
Same way restarting or closing all your chat channels improves performance, less **** load that's always there even when you can't see it bogs down the system.
Chopping up the maps should fix that initial lag spike at the beginning of every match

I really think that if you took away the jump impairment from plates and put the speed penalty on Proto to 7%, 5% for advance and 3% for basic. It'd be good. By there was a huge reason that it got dropped from the original 10% . . . Also sucked when when multiple plates jump modifier started stacking.
There are Judy way to many ******* places where a heavy, or commando, out even logi can't get out of because of that penalty and the lack of smooth movement over terrain

Depends. If you want to load your dropship with allies, every map except skim junction faster with a Scout.
If you're solo flying then dropship is always faster

I think the medic should have the breach variants if available. . . because high impact, low rate of fire make great CQC style weapons. Oh shoot! I forgot, since 1.7 we've gone in the opposite direction of that. Just because they are better at cqc doesn't mean they have low range, high DPS. . . Assault variants all around!

It just makes you feel like you're hidden.
The double complex damps are really what change it, the proto cloak letting you sneak up on people with Amarr scouts in their squad its Perry game changing too
