I have proto heavies that for the whole fit costs 154k isk I run standard stuff and do just as good I even went from a boundless hmg to a militia assault rifle and did about the same in militia caldari suit from proto heavy because the heavy suit took just as much damage as the militia caldari doesn't make sense cos in the description of heavy it says it is able to withstand concentrated small arms fire I don't know what ccp's idea of small arms fire is but apparently its not assault rifles or sniper rifles or anything with small bullets submachine guns flaylocks and mass drivers laser rifles those are ok the only thing that doesn't absolutely destroy me in my heavy suit that is made of proto materials is another boundless or proto level hmg. its very very strange so yeah I runs the cheap stuff its either I beast it up and make people think I use good gear or I go cheap and proto assaults start to think I need a buff militia noob just killed me.

Either I'm an FPS god, or a third of you are absolutely terrible, and something tells me it's the latter not the former. Stop being "stubborn" and adapt and think, and don't spray-and-pray. Teamwork goes a very, very long way in this game, as does "thinking before you step."
im with that guy the new guys shouldn't take this as cod if u do don't play this game and say nerf this or nerf that and ccp shouldn't listen to them ccp should have a program that when they see someone complaining on the forums like I do sometimes they go back through their record and make sure their active for at least 3 or 4 months before listening to their complaints to nake sure they know what their talking about in the game ive been playing for almost 5 months have over 10m sp and am on the leaderboards for kills in the 800's. |

your fitting sucks
get 3 complex shield extenders. 1 armor rep, 1 armor plate or cardiac regulator(or just create 2 fittings, 1 of each. The extra stamina helps u hack stuff in beginning of games).
lose the burst rifle ASAP. I use a regular standard type assault rifle and can reach the top of the leaderboards. A Gek can work too. Just focus on survivability and you will make money every match. sometimes I even profit in my expensive suit where its over 170k.
Locus, Av, and Flux all have their uses. create a fit for each type.
forgo the side weapon if you need more cpu and pg. If not then get lvl 1 skills so u can skip the militia gear.[/quote]
my assault fitting is caldari medium frame c/1-series, 3 basic shield extenders that or militia, gek 38 assault rifle toxin submachine gun, any type of grenade, compact nanohive for reps, and 2 enhanced shield regulators I get close to 50% faster shield recharge not the total shield recharge but a reduction to the time it takes to start recharge. now lets set the moment say u saw me first I have 100 shield left I duck behind cover shield full in the time it take u to start recharging I jump out ur in the open I have at 220 shield I have 298 with skills, lets assume I have better accuracy u might get me down to 20 shield before ur dead. now lets reverse that I catch u off guard u get behind cover im still a good shot. ur into armor I come running at u ur slower u have half ur shield 3/4 ur armor u turn the corner to shoot I damage u back into armor u get behind cover again im low on shield the in less than 3 seconds im recharging I turn ur corner and im almost at full hp while u might have 1/4 ur armor and half ur shield. I win unless u have friends. |
