Buying a better/pricier car won't make you a better driver. Maybe you should stick with Corollas, for now.

your fitting sucks
get 3 complex shield extenders. 1 armor rep, 1 armor plate or cardiac regulator(or just create 2 fittings, 1 of each. The extra stamina helps u hack stuff in beginning of games).

lose the burst rifle ASAP. I use a regular standard type assault rifle and can reach the top of the leaderboards. A Gek can work too. Just focus on survivability and you will make money every match. sometimes I even profit in my expensive suit where its over 170k.

Locus, Av, and Flux all have their uses. create a fit for each type.

forgo the side weapon if you need more cpu and pg. If not then get lvl 1 skills so u can skip the militia gear.

And Gen. John Ripper is correct. The advanced suits by themselves aren't worth it until you've skilled up for higher level shield modules.

Don't solo and learn to properly position yourself on the battlefield, with pure militia stuff I still don't encounter anywhere near the problems that half of you forum nutjobs do...

Either I'm an FPS god, or a third of you are absolutely terrible, and something tells me it's the latter not the former. Stop being "stubborn" and adapt and think, and don't spray-and-pray. Teamwork goes a very, very long way in this game, as does "thinking before you step."
