I've recruited one friend into it, the only one who has a PS3.
She plays with me sometimes, she's improving* and does seem to be enjoying the time.
*-the rate of improvement may or may not be comparable to the speed of glacial movement. |

I promoted the game to 3 people and got 1, of course that guy was the guy who was hanging siding on my house and just happened to see me playing a game and said "Hey, whats that?" LOL

Still no Commando dev blog yet, I'm starting to think CCP noticed it was a bad idea and rolled it back to make some changes. But I quickly remind myself that this is CCP and that would never happen. |

I'm not a shotgun guy; what the hell am I going to do with that? I really wish CCP would make the rewards more inline with what you've skilled into. |

I really wish we could display them in our Merc Quarters, I've got a few limited edition items that I'll never use (Black Eagle, State Protectorate, Creadron Methana .etc) for anything other than strutting in the Warbarge and looking like a badass. |

That would be awesome, Knight SoIaire; but for that we would only need 2 (one to display while the other is off to the cleaners) not 25 every time a recruit gets so many war points. |

The shotgun is the only silly part. It's a very specific style of play, and it seems odd that you wind up with 100s of that exact item. |

Of the 5 I've convinced to download Dust 1 still plays occasionally, but he only started 3 weeks ago.
I did all my recruiting on my PSN friends list so I'm boned anyways.
Besides that I'm no longer recommending this game to anyone, that Beta tag was a great excuse for the poor quality but now I can't use it anymore. |

Generally you always use a non friend list for these requirements, because spamming your real friends about ****** games leaves you with less friends and no rewards  |

Like any other MMO, you recruit someone, and you get a reward provided he comes back.
Sort of like EVE, if you give someone a 21-Day trial, and they purchase a subscription, you get 500mil ISK (I think anyway)
I hope the suits at least look different, they'll most likely be Caldari BPOs (Disowning friends is not worth a BPC with a grey paint job )
And of course, they dont require you to be skilled into the frame. Hopefully. |

this is the dumbest thing I have seen so far,.. you do know we could totally abuse this system easily and get a few of those permanent items right? that little warning of bans will not deter ****, and you won't be able to really prove anything enough to ban them. so agin, thanks for taking my money, you don't get any more.

Step 1: Create alts
Step 2: train only droplink and nanohive
step 3: drop said nano hives and uplinks in match, walk away
step 4: rinse and repeat step 3 cycling accounts as you hit 100k SP ( critical that you do this after hitting cap on main)
step 5: profit , save tens of thousands in aurum bpo costs
will everyone do this? Highly unlikely
Will any amount of players do this? absolutely
