Suggestion: Maybe include in the OP, a list of the directors from each of the major players in this? i.e. who the interested parties should contact from, say, EoN., CRONOS, IMPS etc

For every District SI gives away in Oddelulf I'll cover the 50mil fee that Nikia wants, and offer an IO district without cost as well. I think this idea fails because everyone is all talk an no action. If we can't get people interested in PC for 80mil, which also includes a NAG pact from the top three alliances and the only people in the area, PC is beyond saving because people don't even want to participate at a near free (and risk free) entry level.

If 80 or 130 million ISK is the barrier keeping you out of PC I would wonder about the state of your corporation. If you really are just a team of 16 guys who don't have any ISK save up for a few days and raise 80mil, you'll recoup your ISK in 10-15 days of peace.

To me the ISK is the red herring of the PC barrier. While it is certainly a barrier I think not being able to field sixteen interested and skilled players is the real barrier.

Hate to say it its actually the IMps idea then EON said they would do it but so far everyone has failed to actually give districts away. LetGÇÖs see if we can change that because together we can make a difference...omg going to hug a rainbow now or something.

I'm getting more interest now so its looking good tbh. I'm yet to see Negative feedback getting Active on this. One might think they are all talk about this but I doubt thats the case I'm sure they are also looking for corps to hand thier districts to.
