You remember in MAG(or most recently in CoD) when you kill someone you can here them rage for a couple of seconds, can we somehow implement that into this game because I love hearing people rage or there expressions when I kill them, what do you guys think? (Imagine getting an OB and hearing all those people rage or people getting ran over by LAVs |

"Dammi... wait, he likes Megaman! Harpuia is a Baws!' That would of been hilarious to, its amusing to listen to reactions regardless of what is, as well |

This would be pretty hilarious The other day I heard someone raging on team comms about nova knives being OP when he got killed by them. I found it lolworthy, and I'm sure the knifer would have appreciated it too. |

Meh, Id rather have prox chat than listen to people rage after the fact. Nothing funnier in MAG that creeping up behind someone and asking how their day is going before knifing them. |

This is why I never advocate for open mics, I find they are a terrible idea, and only damage squad communication.
What would be cool is if there was a mic that could be coded to turn on with a keyword you chose. So for instance if you chose "Copy" (to be silly) You'd just have to say "Copy Hostiles at A Over" And have "Over" be the keyword to turn mic off. (If this does exist please give me a link.) |

Would require a ton of script for validation. Also remember that you would have to deal with different languages and accents to ensure that it works correctly. Easier to just use PTT if you want that. |

I don't care for an open mic for all, to where we have to hear them bitching and moaning the whole time when things not going right, or saying aghh you frikin scrubs, or aghhh you cheats all game. However I loved the feature in SoCom Confrontation where when you are in a certain vacinity of someone you can pick up thier communications. Don't know how many campers I discovered by hearing thier dog bark or ol lady come in bitching at them.. priceless. And when you get into the close quarters pistol or melee , talking trash to eachother as one of you are about to go down. |

While it was always fun to hear the rage on comms in CoD... I think I would prefer the proximity chat MAG had instead.
In either case though... don't hold your breath. According to dev posts, comms are a big reason for all of the frame rate issues we've been having... I can't imagine we will see any additional comm features anytime soon. |

I would like prox chat first. As for the second I would prefer the ability to chat with the person I killed or killed me for a few seconds while immediately hearing their death cries. |

The deathmic is pretty stupid, imo
However, I would love to have the ability to send players recordings of what it sounds like when I don't mute them. Because when I say something about the obnoxious background noise and that they should use PTT, they usually just say "I don't hear anything, so shut up" |

Oh I'm well aware of the technical aspects and difficulties of Voice Commands.
Also, the command would be user chosen, based on a user phrase so that way it's not necessarily checking against a word so much as a sound byte, that it can then try to catch similar sound bytes to the key phrase.
And yeah, I'll be using PTT when I get a mic for the PS3 (since none of my perfectly good PC mics work for the thing)

Whenever we get EWAR equipment that specifically affects comms, we'll probably be able to listen in and spy on the enemy anyway. Having a kill comm would make things a bit more chaotic. |

In Burnout Paradise when you took someone down your camera switched on for a couple of seconds so you could sent your downed opponent a nice little snapshot of your smug face.
That was novel.
