You cannot fit a respectable gunlogi with a damage mod-blaster combo, it is literally impossible, even with a standard blaster.
Gunnlogi has 1805 PG. 5 high slots 2 low slots 2 small turrents 1 large turrent. You are forced to include all 3 turrents.
Low slots: Proto PG extender (local): +15% bumps PG to 2180 Proto damage mod (high throughput feild stabilizer): 0 PG cost!
Small Turrents: using the least PG consuming weapons -standard st-1 Missle Launcher: 70 PG 70/2180 PG -standard st-1 Missle Launcher 70 PG 140/2180 PG
Large Turrent: Standard 80j blaster: 1000 PG 1140/2180 PG
High slots: Heavy converse sheild booster (adv booster): 512 PG 1652/2180 PG Heavy supplemental sheild extender (adv exxtender): 544 PG 2196/2180 PG Other 3 high slots are not included as you cannot run them! You can only run 1 high slot worth of mods.

Welcome to the pain of trying to fit together a tank with the PG decrease that was pushed onto tanks. It was done to make tanks have to focus builds and make tanks have to choose between armor or damage due to people running BA tanks into pub matches. They were nerfed to make it easier on lower level players without realizing that doing so was going to make it easy points for anyone who spec'ed even remotely into AV. Tanks are now slow moving glass cannons with giant targets on them.
I suggest you stick with armor over damage and play very carefully and you might not lose your tank...... might...... |

having a damage mod on a standard turrent does not make you a brawler. A proto turrent with no damage mods does much, much more damage |

If you do that you are dead. One AV nader will kill or a few swarms, never mind a forgegun. tanks are not fast or manuverable enough to reliably or realistacly hit and run. also, 2 damage mods are too much and its too much for a standard blaster gunlogi to have a single damage mod |

okay, so if a sheild tank cant do any tanking what so ever, at all, in no way-shape or form, under no circumstances, then why cant they do damage? i jus went over the fit you suggested and here is the most optimal:
Small Turrents: using the least PG consuming weapons -standard st-1 Missle Launcher: 70 PG 70/1805 PG -standard st-1 Missle Launcher 70 PG 140/1805 PG
Large Turrent: Standard 80j blaster: 1000 PG 1140/1805 PG
High slots: Heavy converse sheild booster (adv booster): 512 PG 1652/1805 PG Azeotropic small sheild extender('proto' small extender) 75 PG 1727/1805 PG Azeotropic small sheild extender( proto small extender) 75 PG 1802 PG Two ward resistance mods for 30% passive resist and no PG!
Low slots: 2 damage mods for no PG!
Sooo, you can fit damage mods with small extenders and get blown up pretty easily and your still not doing any damage. that standard blaster with damage mods does 126 damage. a scattered neutron blaster (adv turrent) does 132 damage. In conclusion, "shield HAVs are not meant to tank any amount of damage over any length of time ever", or do any amount of damage to anything no matter what set up its using ever |

you should be able to fit a higher level turret with some skill into vehicle upgrades? give 1% to cpu and pg giving 1895 pg at max, I use 3 ward resistance mods but it up to the driver/fitter and have the 2 damage mods. the ability to recover and tank has always been with armor HAVs and with uprising the damage dishing has been overtuned which was shield HAVs main defense with speed right after it so a double nerf on shields. |

I with you on this, I just given up that CCP will put shields back into balance with armor that they broke with uprising. limiting choice does not open variety which was the goal of the PG and speed nerf, well sooner or later they will figure that out, most likely after PS4 comes out and last players drop out. |

They work fine for me... I have a damage mod on my pub gunnilogi fit witha Adv blaster
Just drop the small extender use 2 light clarity 2 15% resist and a heavy extender (might have to use Supp)
Thats how they made tanks now... lose hp for damage or other way around |
