One AV nader will kill or a few swarms, never mind a forgegun. tanks are not fast or manuverable enough to reliably or realistacly hit and run. also, 2 damage mods are too much and its too much for a standard blaster gunlogi to have a single damage mod I forgot how much the extender gives right on top of my head but it only gives 1 1/2 shot of a proto swarm at best or 90% of one shot from a forge gun so go back to this statement
shield HAVs are not meant to tank any amount of damage over any length of time ever
and let that ring though if you play your shield HAV because it is completely true. |

I specced 1.1 million into plasma cannon and will do another .75-1 more, you're statement is not true face it the plasma cannon is the weaker step brother of the forge gun its funny the militia one does more then the proto plasma cannon, that's how bad it is. |

you should be able to fit a higher level turret with some skill into vehicle upgrades? give 1% to cpu and pg giving 1895 pg at max, I use 3 ward resistance mods but it up to the driver/fitter and have the 2 damage mods. the ability to recover and tank has always been with armor HAVs and with uprising the damage dishing has been overtuned which was shield HAVs main defense with speed right after it so a double nerf on shields. |

pretty much.. I with you on this, I just given up that CCP will put shields back into balance with armor that they broke with uprising. limiting choice does not open variety which was the goal of the PG and speed nerf, well sooner or later they will figure that out, most likely after PS4 comes out and last players drop out. |
