Yeah, it really seems like the cheerleading we saw from the majority of the playerbase over the course of the last year or so has done very little to help the game along. Now it's time to get real and hold CCP's feet to the flames. The game sucks, and we're going to tell them until they do something about it. Plain and simple.

to be honest they done made bank off you and 99% of people on this game through AUR so Fact would be you will sit here and bash someone laughing at you because u spent money on a game they didnt fix.

Worse still is that much of the feedback from a year ago STILL hasn't made its way into game and each time they give us a new build its basically a new iteration of the game and all that previous feedback gets thrown out the window. It literally feels like 1 step forward followed by 10 steps back.

Haha that's why im getting my character wiped and getting Sony to refund all my money since it was spent on a beta not a commercial product. Sony couldn't do anything before because it was in beta but now that it's CR Sony very much can get the refund issued. So yea who will be laughing then. All it takes is one person to do it, post how they did it and watch the floodgates flow.

Is he not allowed to play more than one game? Just because he might favor those two over Dust does not mean he is not allowed to play other games as well or visit their forums. Pretty much this. If Dust was where it should be it would be my go to game and it still can be. Ive given all the feedback on this game. Given valid reasons and provided good insight into why. Then i have the MMO crowd trying to fight me on the FPS balancing thinking too much in terms of MMO. Meanwhile ive given feedback on where and how the MMO aspects of this game should be integrated. Meta, Market, Logistics really the best parts of EVE incorporate that into a good shooter without a needless grind on your character or at least a grind that doesnt exist until after 10-15M SP is accumulated and you will make a great game. Worked with True Grit and honestly the way they crowd source their iterations and come directly here with their ideas unafraid to make changes based on our feedback BEFORE implementation and then CONTINUING to tweak is how EVERY DEV TEAM IN CCP should try to work with us. PC isn't perfect but its seen the greatest strides in the shortest amount of time because the DEV TEAM ACTIVELY seeks out our opinions. Frankly im tired of waiting on everyone else been doing it long enough. Only reason why i havent fully left is the small sliver of hope but the pivotal thing EVE players need to understand is that unlike EVE where the small player pool is sufficient to survive because it is TRULY OPEN WORLD, Dust is still a lobby shooter and for matchmaking to function properly it needs a good pool without it matchmaking and game stability begin to decline or have you not noticed the increase number of threads about lag, d/c etc. Why do you think that is? The client is deteriorating? No its because the pool is too shallow to find good mathces. And if we begin to leave and some like me who may yet opt to wipe our characters and seek a refund from Sony since all our money was spent during a beta phase could and would likely cripple the game. But hey maybe we should do that and put this game out of its misery.

Hmmm lets see I payed for AURUM on a character, I got those items which were used to progress my character during a BETA period. No money was spent on commercial product. This is the crux of the merc pack issue as well and why CCP is offering a full character wipe to reobtain the full contents of the merc pack. Sony before couldn't get us the money refunded that we may have spent on merc packs because the game was in beta and thus outside of Sony's consumer policies. It is no longer the case therefore any money spent BEFORE Commercial Release is eligible for refund, with conditions The condition being you would have to have your character fully wiped since you cant get the benefits of character development AND get the money back to get it there. But wiping the character resets it to zero and would make it eligible for refund of all the merc packs spent before beta. This takes it to the next step getting Sony to issue refund of that money in exchange for no longer having the merc pack to use. So yea i must really be out of my mind because who on earth would wipe a 15M+ character in this game, it has so much potential clearly ill regret this 5 years from now . Hell you can't even sell this account to EVE neckbeards, thats how bad this game is.
