First of all let me put it this way. This topic is not intended for the whinning or Trolling fun of the Forum. It's intended to provide an incentive to CCP to know if they should increase or leave the Skill cap the way it is.
I would like people who comment this topic to keep it to a minimum an Just add +1 or -1 as an answer.
The reason Why I'm Asking for it be be kept to a minimum In answer is because we allready have a dozen of topic on this subject with whinning / trolling / stupid comment / false claim / Insult ect...
You want CCP to consider this ? Let see if most people agree to increase the Skill Cap. Will this work ? Well the petition for the skill recap did work because a lot of people added a +1 and CCP saw they had to do something because the community wanted this to happen.
So let's put this to a community vote.
If you agree to a Skill Cap increase answer with a +1
If you prefer the Status Quo answer with a -1
If you prefer a rollover just add it to your answer like
+1 With rollover
-1 With rollover
I would appriciate if people would respect the fact this topic need to be kept clean and only used for a petition.

I think what he's referring to is the fact that the rollover system is already confirmed to be coming. That said, CCP last mentioned that back in January when they changed the skill cap last. |

RollOver mean if you can get let say "200k" a week and you only get "100k" due to being busy in the current week. You get the next week "300k" in your bank of SP , instead of the current system who reset every week even if you still have SP in your bank that you have not earned yet. |

Time to tell your friend to vote for this , a lot of people say they want the skillcap to increase so you need to vote and keep this topic alive if you want anything to change.
