Anyone else feels like this game is still in Alpha?
I mean I got to enter Alpha tests in my life and most of them felt more polished than what Dust is, and Dust released a month ago >_> |

The death of this game was guaranteed with the removal of chromosome and the decision to rip players on their merc packs. The uprising update turned this into a cqc only game and stripped the player of any ability to develop their own play styles. CCP should have only fixed the sharpshooter by removing it from the sniper and laser, and removed the proficiency skill attached to it. that with the new suits and everything else the same as our worked in chromosome would have been a successful game. won't be around too much longer without fixing. I'm afraid CCP just isn't willing to see that though.

This game is and will remain a beta until all the racial variants of dropsuits and their basic weapon are released. PC stuff needs changing too I think, everyone is getting burned out, it could be done more efficiently. |

The game didn't get stuff like aiming right.
This is the stuff most devs get right at the Alpha stage. |

It's weird, for me I feel that the aiming is really "wrong", just "inconsistent". Sometimes I have no problems aiming at all in Uprising, but other times I can't hit anything for the life of me. I think most of the issues with the aiming lies with the inconsistent frame rate |

I just got out of a game where every single one of my full clip of sniper bullets got absorbed by the null cannon invisible walls or the invisible hitboxes of the buildings around me. Goddamn f-ing ridiculous how broken this game is. |

Doesn't really bother me. EVE was like that for ages, and Planetside 2 still feels pre-Alpha after almost a year of being released. |

I just can't believe how bad the lag has gotten. On top of everything else, that makes the game now officially unplayable.
I can't play when enemies are blinking in and out of existence, my squad mate can't see my lav even though i am driving circles around him, and turrets don't hit anything or the damage they do is delayed by 5 or more seconds...
Then some games are good. rebooting the client sometimes helps.. for a second.
