Scouts have less HP so when they fall what would normally be a bump in the road is a major issue for them. Scouts are suppose to be the most mobile but they have to be the most careful when moving around becuase a short fall can nearly kill them.
I think scouts should take less fall damage on the grounds that they have less hp to loose and they are suppose to be the most mobile.
Rather than having fall damage be a flat damage delt from x height make it so the damage is done on % you loose 1% for falling this far 2% for this far rather than -10 for this far and -20 for this far. |

Fall damage isn't much of an issue IMO. I think that it is rather redundant to have stability dampeners but not be able to activate when you would take damage.
Give the dropsuits more resistance to falling or allow us to use dampeners sooner. We shouldn't have to worry about fall damage. |

Bad company 2 had a nice parachute mechanic, I could spam x on small drops and not have to worry about breaking my ankles. It'd be nice if we could activate the dampeners after 10m of falling. |

I would like to agree with your fall dmg request, and raise you no stam usage for jumping. For anyone. Or at least drastically reduce how much stam is used for a simple jump. Takes me five minutes to take the box jumping shortcut into the base because I have to stop and rest after jumping the first two boxes. Really? I dont feel very nimble or agile.... |

Fall damage makes you think before you jump it all so increase imersion remember some of the hieghts were jumping from would shatter bones the fact jumping off a story doesn't leave you with two sprained or broken ankles is enough as is. Drop Troopers we may be invincible we are not, so while i like the fact there is fall damage i just dont like how it is applied to the suit with the most to loose from it. |

The problem is that they don't have it working anywhere near a level that makes sense, so if you're trying to make sense out of it you're doing it wrong.
I can jump from incredibly tall hills and take maybe, 20 shield damage when I land. No problem, who cares? But there are times I jump off of a significantly less tall building/hill/whatever and it'll go through my shields and into my armor (that's over 120 damage). It's stupid, and it's bullcrap.
The collision damages (to include fall) are ridiculous. Also, fall damage has never once made me consider not jumping from where I was at, and I find your statement to be irrelevant. Has anyone ever actually thought "Maybe I should take the long way down because I might take a little damage from jumping?" |

This issue has been brought up at least a dozen times and every time it seems it falls on deaf ears.at one point, shortly before Uprising was released I had made a video displaying the fall damage and how it can turn lethal.
The issue isn't just with Scouts, Shield Tankers have to worry about this as well as it incurs a delay before their shields begin to recharge. In that window, they're vulnerable to weapons fire.
Another issue I've noticed is that stamina is not regained from falling. Jumping before falling (off a raised point that is) will incur higher damages and actually -increase the time it takes to be prompted to use dampeners-.
Falling damage should be universally reduced and the prompt to use dampeners should be more akin to jumping out of an MCC, which for some reason prompts faster than walking off the edge of a building. |

Fall damage is inconsistant.
You can fall 3 meters and take 40 points of damage.
You can fall the same 3 meters onto another surface and take no damage. |

Leave the stamina jumping because as a scout other suits shouldn't be able to equal our jumping tactics, that's our main advantage |
