PS Plus has better value. It more than pays you back for the fee with all the free games/discounts/exclusive content/ early access.

I can think of a few who woudn't be willing to pay for a subscription so their kid could play games online. It's just one more hassle that they have to deal with. I know people who the only reason they got a PS3 instead of the Xbox 360 was so that they wouldn't need to pay for online. Sure, now there are all those other reasons not to get the new Xbox, but the reason they went Sony in the first place was that its online is FREE, now they'll look into PC gaming, I know I will. (or they'll simply ingnore the next generation for as long as possible, then go PC) If they need more incentive to get people to pay for PS+ I say give PS+ members more bonuses, not services normal PSN members currently get and just take those services away from us non-PS+ users. And what's that about unreliable service? I've only ever called support once and the person (that'll be important later) that I got was really helpful. But with costumer support and tech support you run into the same problem with every company, having rude and unhelpful people working there. And in regards to the hacking incident: I haven't heard anyone bring it up except Xbox 360 fanboys when they argue with PS3 fanboys over which is better. PS Plus has better value How exactly does it "solve" anything in regards to the hacking incident or unreliable service by giving it better value? (which is given by taking things away from other players, not by giving them special bonuses)
