Sadly i'm guilty of this. Winning and losing means nothing, I get the same payout either way, I get SP either way and there is no negative aspect whatsoever. Basically victory is meaningless.
The only thing left is KDR, so I find myself doing stupid things to protect it.
Give us meaningful game modes and remove KDR stats (certainly publicly available ones) and you will find players engaging in far more useful, and enjoyable gameplay. Help me i'm an addict 
Seriously, this is a problem.
Also, pubstomping in Instant Battles is pathetic. I agree, get the highly organised teams out of that and into FW at least (Southern Legion et al). In FW there is a few other groups that do it at times, but I don't begrudge them that.
P.S. the reason that more people join FW is the more structured feel, Jumping into a random battle that may be almost over when you start doesn't feel good. Being there for an entire battle, even if you have to wait 4mins feels much better. I understand the term 'instant' however believe CCP needs to work on this a bit. |

Everything should have been reset at commercial release, however as hooc says, shoulda coulda woulda... I've spent a lot of money on the game hoping to get the devs some backing to make the game last, and better, however some of the clearly stupid mistakes they have made, and make, is very concerning. |
