Is the book a good read?
I view the empress as one of Amarr's good points. Can we trade Heth for your empress? Heth, despite being very unpopular at the moment hasn't been kicked from power yet.  |

Also keep in mind that the Gallente are an entity that rivals the Amarr Empire in size and strength. As you have put it, the "small" state has not only endured the Gallente but also forced a stalemate with it. Unlike the Minmatar, the Caldari cannot be simply walked over. |
