Will Dust ever get its own titan I don't mean a actual titan hovering over the ground but in Dust you hit a quick cap isk wise I would like to see something in Dust that takes the most time to build and loads of isk. Will these be MCCs? Or do you CCP have something bigger that takes forever to manufacture, takes loads of isk to buy, and say 10 mill skill points as a standard just to pilot?
Thank you Eris Ernaga |

Also to keep things in check these monsters would not be allowed in instant battles or mercenary battles only corporation battles. This would keep it in line and only allow the biggest of corporations to use it for district control. |

I would love something like that they would cost like a bill or something for the standard one and with top meta or officer modules they would cost like 5 - 10 bill. |

Obviously not actual numbers. |

Avallo Kantor wrote:I think their plan is not to necessarily have that expensive of an item in a match, but instead let us overwhelm things of that nature that already exists (Such as stations / Titans) and let us take them over.
Also, as for things Dust players could directly control, something like a Space elevator or orbital cannon would probably be very costly, and be something you have to fight over. And I think the plan is to make the MCC and Warbarge (which can store many MCCs inside of it) ownable assets that can be customized and deployed out in PC and other more "serious" endeavors
Yes but a lot of what you are talking about are assets in EVE not Dust and the MCC is more of a overhead watch then a giant robot killing machine. |

MTAC come in different sizes, Battle mech or titan(40k type) size could end up in game one day, but we would need MAG size or larger battle size before then since they would probably need several HAv or dozens of forge guns to take down. Although they would also be big enough to hit with null cannon and directly attack the mcc with their primary weapons.
Do we even know if mechs are gonna be that large? And with all the vehicles coming I am sure there is gonna be a way to kill them. Ionna I just wish a dev would reply and say we will work on the micro titan for dust battles and its like 500 meters long. |

Did they ever say MCCs would be able to target players on the ground or on vehicles? I am also excited about the MCC though because if the skill tree is deep and there are a lot of top meta modules I will laugh at the null cannons that try and scrape the health off them. It'll probably come down to whos MCC is better at that point. |

But i'm guessing these things should be quite complicated to build (when manufacturing is implemented) have quite a hefty pricetag and require a looot of skills to use. (something like medium assault frame and standard frame to 5 + heavy sentinel frame and standard frame to 5. And this would just be to actually use the suit) Just to train the actual skill you need vehicle operation 5 and maybe LAV operation to 3 or something like that. MTACs should be something pretty endgame that you don't just spam. And of course as you state these should not be allowed into high sec (aka instant matches) MTAC's are tiny meches. Get out. Don't get your hopes up.
Lmao Charlotte been reading all your comments I quit tanking went from the sagaris to madrugar to Minmitar Logi suits. |
