That really doesnt stand up though when you look at a Bungie game to CCp's Dust. Halo 2 is like perfection gameplay-wise when you compare it to Dust and that was out forever ago on the original Xbox iirc

Meaningless battles with near no progression because I'm playing Halo.... On a more serious note, I can see why the average gamer with maybe 2-4 hours of play time a week would be more apt for a game like Halo, but in the end, you're just doing the same thing over and over again without any meaning. The little amount of progression in the game actually serves no purpose but for bragging rights. Albeit, with the current state of Dust514, to the average player may not feel it but when you are flying in a dropship, driving your tank or using your dropsuit you paid possibly a lot of ISK or AUR for and you lose it you feel it. It wasn't just some tank that spawned in for no reason. It was brought in with the money YOU earned and YOU spent. Very few games have this and that's why people love this game.

Money is hardly important if you pace yourself or you are good at this game. All you mentioned is all in your head and what you project to make you think Dust is great.........and that is fine. I spend way too many hours working out my fits and how I want to skill. It makes the game meaningful for me but even I can step back and see that the core gameplay is way below grade and content seriously lacking

LAVs that look almost exactly like Warthogs, check. Gunlogi looks like a Scorpion, check. All ARs in HALO are copied to DUST, check. FG can be a laser. Scrambler pistol can be a plasma pistol, minus the charge up. On and on and on. Now if only CCP could get the gameplay of HALO into DUST. Like the ability to jack someone from their LAV, or to be able to jump onto a tank and shove a grenade into the hatch. If the depth of DUST combined with the gameplay of HALO, it would be the best FPS ever made.
