CCP got something screwy with the scaling of their pg/CPU requirements from drop suit to vehicle. For their effectiveness vs the infantry counterpart compared to their fitting requirements, screw the turrets I'm duct taping some swarms to my hard points and a forge to my nose turret, saving myself loads of pg so I can full tank my ship, and maybe use something besides pg mods in my low slots  the way I see if, I get more damage, more shield, higher ROF on the nose better av/installation damage, lock on functionality AND its cheaper.
Think about it for a second, the amount of powergrid I get on my ds (which has four bigass turbines) is equal to the pg created by 3-4 logi suits that are powered by either future Duracell or hopes and dreams. For the sake of sense, either call vehicle pg something different as a unit of measurement or scale it and all modules.

Or just save a few isks and don't use a tank. |
