If there is no public roadmap, with the caveat timings may change, these threads and speculations seem pointless. Dont mean to be rude and I am all in favour of people doing things to get stuff moving etc.
But if CCP really wants Dust player feedback they need to communicate their roadmap and plans. It can help feedback be prioritised etc. otherwise these surveys just go in the bottom drawer.
so to me 'in the works' reminds me of the fact that: I am still waiting for the gun rig system they promised would be out by now. And wasnt PVE supposed to be done as well?

At the moment faction matches are the exact same as public except you chose the side you fight for but the rewards are the exact same. Maybe if you fight with certain factions they give you better payments over time you raise your standing maybe sometimes they give u faction specific gear or like eve LP points witch u cash in for items. any one of these would make it more compelling to fight for certain factions right now there's not point in doing so. |

Survey completed. I would like to see more FW battles being generated and I started a topic about this in the feedback section this morning.
For those not involved in PC, FW is the only way of getting people into some kind of organised practice and training. On peak evenings it can take 30mins to find a FW battle that isn't full. I would be happy if the effect of FW battles was reduced slightly so that more battles could be generated for a given system/planet.
If that is too much to ask then just give us a server browers for pub matches. |

I have enjoyed the FW. I pray that the FW will be more active as a result of the investigation. I have to play at the same time the DUST 514 and EVE Online recently. Look at the play video.

One of the better surveys I've seen, very few assumptions asks all the right questions. I didn't think of it until I turned in the survey and was reading the forums but I think Its what I was feeling about it all around, there needs to be a better means for EVE pilots and dusters to communicate both thru comms and notifications. |

-longer matches 60-90+ minutes
-kick in a LP system similar to EVE that hands out 1-5pts (loss) per match 10-15pts (win) per match the gear we can buy with those points need to be something to work for and obtainable in a 6mo+ window, less "buffed proto/officer stats" and more of its own game changing characteristics.
-objective game modes in FW NEED LAYERS!! no simple cap and hold A,B,C, etc, etc something on the lines of a complex system of hurdles in order to get to the objective, ie breach gate/door, disable lights & automated equipment, mini-hacks that expose teams on defense, blocks attacks, creates that barrier between getting to an objective in 5sec from the start of the match to making it a grueling affair to remove the enemy or hold down the objective.
-payout for winning/losing matches need to be on a different tier than pub matches, more rewarding short and long term.
