Hey all,
Im looking to make some suggestions in changing Factional Warfare, but first I'd like to see some statistics on the current system

Factional Warfare matches are just public matches that allow you to choose side. Factional Warfare could be made better by giving out better rewards. Like if i fight for Gallente x amount of times in a y amount of time, I receive a Gallente prize. (Some suits, weapons, vehicles...) That is exactly what i put in the suggestion section on the survey. |

it just needs to have more of an effect on dust and eve. a big reson for eve ploits to drop OB would be nice too |

Would be nice to side with a single faction and earn loyalty points, then cash in for that race/factions suits, weapons , equipment exc. |

We NEED more OBs
When I am plexing in EVE a notification of what planet mercs are fighting on would be so helpful.
It would mean that my corp which is dedicated to Minmatar FW could mobilize a strike force much more easily.
At present we have no clear discription of how the battles planets are chosen other than its somehow linked to plexing. |

When a FW contract is created have it randomly assigned a game mode (Ambush, OMS, Domination, or Skirmish.) |

I dont think the survey will really help you.
factional warfare should be like PC is now 2 corps at it.
As far as I can see PC is the FW beta. (before PC expands to null and more of an MMO type element, which is needed)
if this becomes the case and there is a link with Eve, allowing Eve players to pay dust mercs etc to attack certain faction warfare districts there might be a FW game mode. Or Eve and Dust groups join up to hit districts planets etc that impact on FW territory.
As it stands FW is nothing other than pub matches but you get to choose a side - that has little to no meaning in the bigger scheme of things.

I forgot to mention this in the survey, but their needs to be a LP system like in Eve. Lets you buy your factions Officer equipment, and in the future cosmetic things. This would probably me implemented after more weapons are released such as the Caldari Rail Rifle, Combat Rifle, Ion Pistol, etc. This would also include vehicles and their parts. |
