like i said before..
the crutch was for the people who couldnt catch up. you got killed by it and cried on the forums about it. adapt as you say would of never got it nerfed. so suck on that and swallow.

It needed the balance changes they've proposed. I use the TAC because I have to to stay competitive with other TAC users. That shouldn't be the case. If a weapon is used because using anything else puts you at a significant disadvantage... it's Over-Powered.

Again, I will refer you to my previous statement. Show me an imp that asked for the nerf (Hint that includes me). I'm more than happy to leave it the way it is, TAC doesn't bother me, but I do recognize that the gun isn't balanced statistically with other weapons. I simply think you need to stop whining about it and pick something else to use if your so upset.

You know its really easy to tell the difference between an actual marksman type player and a scrub using the Tac rifle right?
With the former youll just take a bunch of damage at once and die, with the scrub youll have a bunch of bullets whizzing around your head as he desperately empties the clip at you hoping for enough lucky hits to put you down

I tend the find that the guys complaining about the Tac and say "I need to use one just to keep up" are the ones with the scrub style of using it

If the TAC was a skill weapon than it would reward people who use it after the nerf, like Jenova is waiting for. Rate of Fire doesn't take away its damage and if you're as good as you say you can get headshots and still make the TAC work... And no one even mentioned LAVs.... foreal people if you cant kill with it and keep getting killed by it. Admit it its not the gun. i usually go around 30 to 40 kill games with like 2 to 3 deaths per game.

i can do it with another gun easily but im afraid people will cry about that as well. lol

ROF is not gonna fix that weapon, any ROF decrease significant to stop turbo controller abuse is gonna hurt the legitimate user more, same with kick, what that gun needs is an over heat.

Balancing weapons is all well and good, CCP gave the TAC a 10% damage boost even when people where complaining then.

The problem isn't with the balancing its how they did it... they threw "sense" out the window to make it work.. and its insulting.

there is no longer a ammo clip size increase from the GLU to the Duvolle its a static rate which doesn't make sense even slightly in reality.

The 400 ROF cap is hilarious it actually feels glitchy because the game is imposing some computer generated bullshit telling you your trigger finger is lieing. Semi auto rifles have worked the same way since their inception all of a sudden CCP is telling us in the future, it doesn't work that way anymore because modded controllers > their intelligence

Bullet registry in this game is already horrific as any credible review will tell you, and to reduce the ROF, actively slow down my aiming while tracking a moving target and have no bullet registry when i clearly cant put it any more center mass?

EVERY gun game has some crazy gun nutt's that know every stat and how every weapon works and even how RAIL technology works currently?

CCP has a bunch of people who have no vestment into real world understandings of weapons and this is why their range is hilarious in aspect to any other FPS out there or ever made... this is why their aiming mechanic fixes are thought of second to coloring Aurum suits properly.

Yes we are playing a video game based in fantasy... but the brain still operates in reality and when CCP tries to tell you what is naturally known as true is WRONG and calls it "balancing" i think someone needs to have their wage readjusted, we don't need quick "easy" solutions start thinking outside the box or get back into it.
