Your response has no correlation to his response at all. If the TAC was a skill weapon than it would reward people who use it after the nerf, like Jenova is waiting for. Rate of Fire doesn't take away its damage and if you're as good as you say you can get headshots and still make the TAC work... And no one even mentioned LAVs.... It's also too effective in CQC, where the breach should be dominant. LAVs are at least more balanced because you have to steer the damn things without flipping them over lol. Also, if you're still crying about LAV, use an AV weapon. Not hacked EXO grenades because you're too lazy, but an AV weapon that takes up your primary weapon slot. Until you do so, you're nothing but a rock, crying about paper because you're too lazy to run with scissors. Those are the players I respect and those are the ones who use the weapon and will admit to it being a bit OP. I hope that the TAR gets balanced enough so those players can shine with it. The ones that are using it to stay competitive suffer a sad fate. The TAR may not be for them, but they feel the need to step outside their comfort zone just so they don't get outclassed by a currently classless weapon.

Not an Elm, or a Viziam. Also, it's not as tough as you'd think. My vote: Proto Plasma Cannons. Nobody has specced above standard yet. On second thoughts...nah. It will probably be the scrambler rifle.
