Here is what I wrote on a support ticket about the respecs:
I apologize for my impatience, and I know you at CCP are working hard to make Dust an even better game, but there has been much confusion as to when the queued respecs will be taking place. Also, there has been much talk on the forums, as I know you've heard, of alternative characters getting respecs before characters queued first, and problems with closed unanswered tickets. I along with many other know that you may have your hands full, but a little insight will go a long way in improving the game for me and others. I am not asking you to rush the respecs and I am definitely not trying to be rude, I would just like an estimate as to when the respecs may occur, or some information on when they can be expected. Thank you for an awesome game and a wonderful support team. Keep up the great work and I hope to see a good future for Dust and Eve online.

We accepted the Skill re-spec request and your characters have been queued up for the re-spec.

Listen, I understand that there may be slight delays when working with servers and stuff, butt CCP is downright ignoring the community regarding respecs. The thread posted by GM grave (https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=84418&find=unread) has not been posted on by a dev or gm even though it is one of the most active threads on the general board, and even though all other threads have been dev and gm active. People are boycotting Dust. We don't need you to tell us that the respecs will be soon if they wont, just give us an estimate as to when they will occur. Even if you tell us a month and fix it before that time elapses people will be happier because they have a deadline. All we need is a little insight as to why the respecs are taking forever for some characters.
And they told me:

Unfortunately we are not able to give you a deadline as to when the respec will be apply.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment this may cause but please keep checking regularly GM Grave thread as he will update it as soon as we know more.

If they are unable to give us a deadline than I will wait until they can. Be patient guys. It's to big of an argument for them to just ignore until it goes away. |
