So I'm looking at the stats of the LAV and they only have about 2000hp total, unless res is major these things are getting one shotted by basic av nades and militia swarms/forge/plasma's.
I see no point in specing into them unless you plan on developing a race game mode |

Enforcer tank + SLAV + Active Scanner
Give it a try...
Also, that turret bonus is very underrated, especially when using missile turrets. With some practice and a good gunner, you can drive circles around targets and pepper them with missiles like a dropship in closed beta. LAV handling could probably use some more tweaking and the SLAV should probably have an active scanner built in too for extra incentive since the LLAVs get a repair tool built in. |

SLAV needs a built in scanner, the tank you get without one is ridiculous considering its price tag otherwise. I can fit a saga that can do the job better, can survive for longer, and costs less than a Callisto right now. |

Once we can get people to stop using LAVs to play bumper cars, this can hopefully be addressed. |
