Is there in new eden any happenings,like sports events and stuff like that? Or is it only about war,i know there is human endurance event(by the way who won that,i mean who did get the most kills?)I dont think when the first people arrived in new eden they just leave the events and sports behind |

The two most common sports are Splitters and Mid Clash.
Mind Clash is equated to... Poke'mon Avatar.
Where as Splitters is well.. let just say a dangerous gladiatorial like sport with melee stuff.
Humans are so cheap in New Eden. Its a pity how many a capsuleer can throw away. |

I put this text here bcause,little things like sports teams would bring more elements to dust rpg side.Like player x talks sports to player y "yeah caldari steel pants won yesterday those ammar holy choirboys"Player y who is leader in holy choirboys ultras team(ultras=fanatic fans) Of course fight breaks out and player y wins the fight,but player x is top position in corporation and get his corp declare war to player y corp.And both players corps are in alliances,so alliances are drawn to war against each other.And all of this started bcause one team wins sporting event Last i have to add there have been example war starting with countries about sports.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Football_War |

There is no intergalactic sport unfoutrunately between the empires they're all localized.
However it would not surprise me of there are national sports participated between all the major megacorps, such as Rhoden Rough Riders or Kakkalona Pumas playing futurized versions of games we're somewhat familiar with.
Amarr are most likely to refrain from such activities, minmatar is probably more of a tribal thing than a sponsorship thing.
Gallente and Caldari are the only two nations to likely do it just for fun, profits and entertainment. |

there will be 1 day arena servers where clones fight for their lives in forced engagements while a few volunteer due to sanity issues, the glory, pride of their faction or the blood of victory (Blood raiders being the last option). these will have more of a game focused objective like CTF. |
