PC that does not work and only favors 10% of ENTIRE player-base apparently you give out free isk to everyone and then only tell some players that you going to take it back so the QQ their should admittedly be funny. oh and all new players once the leave their bubble WILL get stomped regardless what the fan players or those in KNOW not all of us are gods gift to gaming and will lose horrifically. In EvE their is something i can do to get away from all this if needed. Dust boils down to the below. GET STOMPED or Fall behind and get stomped even more. at what point is the fun im literary only playing so i can try and get something to help even the odds but im likely walking when destny comes out and you would be stupid not to think the rest of "loyal" fan base is thinking the same. you got lucky with defiance (and even then player drop was noticeable) i don't think you will catch a break twice. right angy rant over im just getting sick of wasting hours in this game and not even having anything to show for it other than more lossed isk that apparently means f all anyway now

With 5-8k players on during all the major time zones that's probs 20000-25000 players? Priority needs to be PvE & Industry. PvP is just too broken to fix in another year of "beta"

Everyone leveled up with you...with only a few people slightly ahead of you. ^^ I started playing with Uprising and while it's fun (mainly due to the corp), as a ~2 week old newbie I just can't touch most proto-geared people. Even if I get the drop on them and they spazz out, most of the time I can hope to take their shields down before I explode in a shower of gibs because they looked at me. I can definitely believe skillpoints is the bigger influence, but you can see proto gear on kill "mails" - and I assume most of the people in full protogear have half decent amounts of skillpoints to go with it.

I can't think of a single (good) MMO/Online game that didn't go through a massive overhaul after it was released. In fact, most online games have more balancing patches in their first year than they do for every following year after that. It's something that newbies don't get and vets always forget. Take something like Diablo 2 for instance, it was complete rubbish until Blizzard overhauled it repeatedly.

Some people won't be happy until we're all generic red and blue stick figures flailing away at each other with noodle arms in a generic grey box shaped room (OMG Blue is underpowered, nerf Red). Others won't be happy until they can one shot everyone else while taking no damage (OMG, y u nerf my tactical nuke, now i can only kill 10 players in one shot). Most of us are more moderate (I hope), and see a need for the re-balancing that CCP does. This sort of game always gets better over time, it's never perfect when it launches (I honestly can't think of a single game , in any genre, that was).

This post has no feedback that could be taken as constructive, and should have been deleted as soon as it was put up. I'm sure 90% of the player base on here, myself included, are sick to death of seeing whiney little girls like you whinge about your self entitlement AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY. Shut. Up. Wasting hours playing the game? If that's your viewpoint, no matter what CCP do you'll be wasting your time. You should be playing for enjoyment regardless of bugs, and if the game is no longer enjoyable, stop playing. I'd rather have had them wait a year, fix their game, give us single-player content (PvE) then launch it as a $60 hard copy. I mean, it's really easy to see that this game is just a mess. It's almost like it has no direction for now. In time, maybe a few years, we might start to see a semblance of what this game is supposed to be. but for now, it's a broken, imbalanced mess, where there is one suit/weapon combo that rules 90% of the battlefield, All the maps are the same terrain, matchmaking is nearly non-existent, and we are all just "waiting for it to get better". Meanwhile we could all just be playing real games, and letting CCP do what they've always done, Internally test things and release patches based on that info, ignoring all other input that doesn't mesh with their findings.

From my experience, that's not true, I rarely see more than 2-4 proto users in pub matches. FW, sometimes I encounter entire corps on the opposing team and if that's the case I play on defense or sit back with a sniper because I know they are going to win (mainly because of organization, not gear). Otherwise its just another disorganized team with a few protos that can easily be avoided, who most of the time are only there to farm kills for their obsession with KDR and as a result couldn't care less if their team wins or loses. Your logic flaw, as I have said several times before, is that you immediately compare this game to COD and Battlefield (franchises with years of experience.) They are not even the same genre, you should go and check out other mmofps and see what DUST competes with. The only mmofpss I like as much as DUST are Planetside 2 and Blacklight Retribution, though the latter is too COD like for me. When judging this game, dont have the same expectations you have from the likes of COD, battlefield.

It can be better for sure, but for now its just spent eve with clan in still same boring plains of nothing, runed down by boyo in clowncar or shooted from TAR. And its really sad coz i think this game had some potential. But for now its just MEDIOCRE basicaly iam ingame just because my clan, without my boyos and gals i-¦ll be DEFO out after first month.
