we now have an army of LAVs to run me over
Instant kill nades
Prototype gear that you have no chance agents unless your the top 10% of players who skill can carry them though.
6 man rofolstomp teams
corp drama so bad its not ever worth being part of (this appears to apply to every-unit)
TAC rifles that kill you before you even no whats going on.
a match maker that does not work.
PC that does not work and only favors 10% of ENTIRE player-base
apparently you give out free isk to everyone and then only tell some players that you going to take it back so the QQ their should admittedly be funny.
oh and all new players once the leave their bubble WILL get stomped regardless what the fan players or those in KNOW not all of us are gods gift to gaming and will lose horrifically.
In EvE their is something i can do to get away from all this if needed. Dust boils down to the below.

This game has only gotten progressively worse since replication. For every one thing CCP does right they do about 20 things wrong. |

I don't know about you.. but I think that it is CCP not CPP.
And IF you don't change your ways, IF next time you POST you say 'CPP' then it WILL NOT BE A NEWSPAPER that I will be reading tomorrow, but I will be reading HAND AMARR'S RESIGNATION. |

I'm on a break from after trying to play a few rounds yesterday and, even when doing well, not having any fun because of all of the other frustrations.
The game is a joke at this point.

This is unfortunately true.
I can't believe what CCP did with Uprising - they threw out practically all the feedback that they got throughout Chromosome. For crying out loud, they nerfed every weapon and buffed some ARs! |

I don't know about you.. but I think that it is CCP not CPP.

+1, and it's more like 2-3%, not 10%. 10 "top teams" is 160 players. With 5-8k players on during all the major time zones that's probs 20000-25000 players?
Priority needs to be PvE & Industry. PvP is just too broken to fix in another year of "beta" |

I don't know. Playing solo can be very frustrating and extremely disappointing. But even when you're getting your ass handed to you while you play with friends, it's still fun.
Destiny will have to be absolutely STELLAR to pull me away completely. I think Bungie can do it, but Dust will be my long haul game most likely. Bugs and all.  |

I love this game. I'm not a CCP fanboy, I'm a pretty serious gamer, and I simply love playing Dustt! The only flaw that bugs me is the infinite loading screen, and even then it doesn't happen to me that much. During chromosome I used to get annoyed at the neocom popping up when I'd hit the ads every now and then, but that seems to have been fixed, and for every "glitchy" game I have, I have 10 marvellous ones. I don't know what I'm trying to say really, and maybe I'm only posting because I'm in such a good mood, having just bought my first Caldari assault suit (like an imperial scout trooper!!!) but to those that seem to hate it so much - either try to focus on the games many good points (and therefore enjoy the game more), or go and play something else for a while? Those of us that remain will all be waiting to welcome you back if and when you return... |

so level the playing field! I used to get worked by proto suits before I got a proto suit. yes there are a lot more problems but if being outmatched is your problem then get even. i know matchmaking would help a lot though....

disclaimer: sorry to disappoint nothing yet :) i was more pissed at drama that comes with being with a corp lucky i think a few players know im messing on here and are still friendly :).
Edit: i have no problem WITH pyoto gear, but just like you don't allow titans in highsec weporary should be limited based on what your doing.

Basically he and those like him joined the closed beta pretty early on and fell in love with the game as it was back then, horrible flaws and all - however now the game has changed so much that they get all upset because everything's changed and they miss the way old game was. |

If you have proto gear now you never had to face the shear cliff of having 2 million SP and going up against someone with 10 million SP.

I started playing with Uprising and while it's fun (mainly due to the corp), as a ~2 week old newbie I just can't touch most proto-geared people. Even if I get the drop on them and they spazz out, most of the time I can hope to take their shields down before I explode in a shower of gibs because they looked at me.
I can definitely believe skillpoints is the bigger influence, but you can see proto gear on kill "mails" - and I assume most of the people in full protogear have half decent amounts of skillpoints to go with it.
