Explosives, DO NOT give the 3% CPU reduction, Sidearm operation also doesn't give the 3% CPU Reduction.
Caldari Assault Dropsuits DO NOT give the reload skill to assault rifles (and probably all hybrid weapons) as it should.
CCP Fix it, but how about finally fixing nanite injectors first. Everyone else don't spec into it unless you need it for perquisites. |

You don't see the change on Fitting Screen for the weapon stats. This has been like this for a long time.
To see the actual CPU/PG usage of a module/weapon, select the weapon/module, but don't press X yet. Then hit Square to see "stats". It will show "before and after" stats. Note the change in CPU/PG. That is your actual usage, with skills applied |

You know that's not how it is. They do listen, read our post and work towards solutions in a timely manner. I program micro processors and industrial control computers so I do understand how hard it is to create stable program that runs smoothly and is easy to use. I can't imagine how hard it is to create a program that is used all across the world on multiple iterations of a console and is connected to a totally separate game on a totally separate type of machine using code that is 10 years old. Not to mention the spotty internet connections that may not have the through put needed. They are doing a pretty good job for company that has never made a fps. Lastly, CCP devs are people with families and this game is a job to them not a game like it is to us. We play for fun and it feels like a job sometimes but it is their job and they deserve some respect and a little breathing room. What do you want them to do? They can spend their work week reading and responding to posts or they can code what we want. Continued pessimistic comments and emotionally driven diatribes only hurt what we are trying to accomplish.

No I don't.
I think they saw DUST was going to miss the only chance it had and they released early to drop the beta tag. If you wait till you are ready to have kids then you will never have kids. They had to do what they had to do and I am not defending that. I am only stating they listen and that creating a complex system that connects to an even more complex system through a communications network that is not always stable is very difficult and we should respect that they are trying and they are people too. |

Dude, take your fanboy goggles off and see things for what they are. Most, if not all of Uprising's issues were because the devs made sweeping changes without even batting an eye on our feedback. Aiming, vehicle PG ninja nerfs, MD ninja nerf based on playtests... the HMG. I'm sick of defending the game when they pull this cloak and dagger **** behind a mask of transparency. On top of that, despite our feedback against it, Fuse Locus Grenades are back.
And for your comparison to having kids when you're not ready, I have 2. I sure as hell wasn't ready, but I've learned to make the best out of the situation. If I put forth as much effort as a parent as CCP is trying to do with our feedback and priorities, social services would have already picked my kids up and I'd be in jail.
I've been a paying customer of CCP for 5+ years, so take that fanboy comment to heart. |

No, it's still a beta without the encouraging "This is a Work in Progress" at the top of your screen when you launched the game. I miss that, it was kind of comforting to think that the game was gonna get better.
Now I'm just Seriously pissed off I spent 3mil SP to go into a Dropsuit that doesn't work. |

sidearm op DOES
but I have verified this the EXPLOSIVES skill does NOT reduce CPU on nades.
so basically get lvl 1 explosives to unlock grenadier and don't waste any time with the rest as its completely useless at this time |

Continued pessimistic comments and emotionally driven diatribes only hurt what we are trying to accomplish. I think the issue is slow or nonexistent acknowledgment of a problem. Maybe CCP should hire a forum person, based in their office, either Iceland or Shanghai, and not be considered low man on the totem pole, but have access to the people in the know that would have answers fairly quickly.
It's not like you could use a basic computer and single screen efficiently when your job is keeping track of everything on an internet forum. I've never had that kind of job, but I think a core i3 or i5 with at least 4 GB of RAM, and at least two screens would be enough to keep track of everything, and merit a permanent position with CCP so the devs could keep at their work.
Or if they choose someone to do it remotely, the good horsepower could keep video chat open while using all those tabs and browsers. |

But I also agree that CCP is pushing this as hard as they can and they are still doing a good job. CCP is NOT TROLLING US. They are trying to make a game and make some money (not a bad thing)

Did Sony really push them or did they just see their window closing fast.
If they launched on PS3 say...... next 5/14, many people who have adopted new systems wouldnt even see the game or give it a chance. |

I think Sony wanted the game out there. I also really don't think CCP cared about releasing the game on 5/14 just for the name tie in.
It seems more like a coincidence.
CCP probably wanted to leave the game in beta and just made it a full launch title for the ps4. Though this is obviously just speculation on my part. |
